Atty. Ferrer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Behavioral Sciences, from the University of the Philippines. During her undergraduate years, she was an active member of the UP Pre-Law Society, UP Behavioral Sciences Society, and UP Manila Debate Circle, showcasing her early dedication to legal studies and critical discourse.
She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University, specializing in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law, further solidifying her expertise in complex legal disciplines.

Early Career
Atty. Ferrer began her legal career as a Paralegal at Ferrer Bareng Abasta Law Office from May 2011 to May 2014. She then served as a Case Decongestion Officer at the Department of Justice and the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office, where she was responsible for drafting resolutions for pending cases, assisting prosecutors in case reviews, and conducting in-depth legal research to support the efficient management of cases.
Private Practice
From April 2019 to July 2024, Atty. Ferrer served as Managing Partner at Ferrer Ferrer Delos Reyes Law Office, where she provided strategic legal counsel and led a team handling various complex legal matters. Her leadership and expertise in litigation, corporate law, and policy reform made a significant impact on her clients and the legal community.

Atty. Ferrer has held several key positions in government, including:
• Legal Consultant, Presidential Management Staff (2018): Led subcommittees on federal government structure, constitutional bodies, political reforms, and the creation of federated regions under the Consultative Committee to Review the 1987 Constitution. She worked closely with esteemed justices and legal scholars to analyze and propose constitutional reforms.
• Special Prosecutor, Bureau of Customs: Played a crucial role in investigating and prosecuting smuggling activities, leading to successful cases and Department of Justice actions. She conducted in-depth profiling of importers and brokers suspected of illegal activities and coordinated legal strategies for case management.
• Chief of Staff to an SSS Commissioner (2019–2020): Provided high-level legal and administrative oversight, contributing to policy development and governance reforms.
